Siderforgerossi Group specializes in the hot rolling of seamless rings for high-performance industrial applications. Production includes rolled bushes, balls, rings and flanges, with dimensions up to 6,000 mm outside diameter, 1,600 mm height and 30,000 kg weight.
For the power generation sector, the Group manufactures profiled rings and ring segments for steam and gas turbines, nuclear power plants, hydroelectric plants and wind farms. For earthmoving, agriculture and mining, it manufactures slewing rings and rolled components for a wide range of mechanical and industrial applications.
Rings can be manufactured in carbon steels, stainless steels, superalloys and non-ferrous alloys, including profiled cross-sections designed to bring the starting profile closer to the final geometry of the component.
The production process is complemented by heat treatments carried out in Nadcap-accredited facilities and by mechanical and metallurgical testing in the in-house Forgerossi Research laboratory, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, ensuring control and traceability throughout all key production stages.
