Discover Fast TrackManufacturer of forged flanges, to standard and custom-designed.

Siderforgerossi Group manufactures forged and rolled flanges up to 6,000 mm in diameter, in compliance with the main international standards — ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 Series A and B, MSS SP-44, API 605 and BS 3293 — or manufactured to customer drawings and specifications. Large-diameter flanges can be produced from seamless rolled rings manufactured in-house.
Production includes standard flanges and custom flanges, developed for applications requiring non-standard profiles, grooves, shoulders or complex geometries. The technical team works with the customer’s engineering department to define the most suitable solution for the operating conditions; when required, design calculations performed by qualified external engineering firms can also be provided.
The flanges are mainly intended for the Oil & Gas, power generation, plant engineering and industrial machinery sectors, with solutions for risers, surface facilities, high-pressure systems and heat exchangers. Available materials include C/Mn carbon steels, fine-grain and high-yield microalloyed steels, alloy and stainless steels, duplex and superduplex grades, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825 and other nickel-based alloys.
Each component can be supplied as-forged, rough-machined or fully machined to drawing. Heat treatments are performed in-house in Nadcap-accredited facilities, while mechanical testing, analyses and non-destructive testing are carried out in the in-house ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory. For selected Oil & Gas flange types, the Fast Track service is also available, reducing lead times by up to 70%, subject to feasibility assessment.

Frequently asked questions about flanges
What types of flanges do you manufacture?
Custom flanges to customer drawings, blind flanges, slip-on flanges, welding neck flanges, long welding neck flanges including self-reinforcing types, swivel ring flanges, anchor flanges and tubesheets.
Which standards do you manufacture flanges to?
ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 Series A and B, MSS SP-44, API 605 and BS 3293, or to customer drawings. NORSOK M-650 qualifications and DNV, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas, RINA and ABS marine approvals are available depending on the production facility.
What is the maximum diameter of your flanges?
Up to 6,000 mm, with flanges produced from seamless rolled rings. The same limit applies to custom flanges manufactured to drawing.
Which materials do you use to manufacture flanges?
Fine-grain C/Mn carbon steels and high-yield microalloyed steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, duplex and superduplex grades, Inconel 625, Inconel 825 and nickel-based alloys.
Do you manufacture flanges to customer drawings?
Yes. Custom flanges with non-standard profiles, grooves, shoulders and complex geometries are developed together with the customer's engineering department, with design calculations available from qualified external engineering firms.
